Let’s try some more easy and tasty
recipes for evening snacks. Kurkure Bindi or Bindi Fry is one of the easiest snacks
for chilled evenings.
Kurkure Bindi / Bindi Fry :
Ingredients:
Bindi / Ladys Finger : 250 gms
Chilli powder : 2 tsps
Jeera powder : 1 tsp
Besan / Gram Flour : 4-5 tsps
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Wash and dry the Bindis with a
kitchen napkin. Slit them lengthwise into thin strips. Take a large bowl, add
the slit bindis, add all the dry ingredients and gently mix. Make sure all dry
ingredients are nicely coated on the bindi strips. Set aside for 4-5 mins.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add
bindis little at a time and fry until they turn golden brown. Remove on a paper towel
and serve hot.
