This is one of my favorite recipe -
Coconut Fish Curry. I love cooking
Fish, you can just blend it with some spices and come up with tasty dishes in
no time. Absolutely no thinking is required to cook fish, there are 1000s of
dishes you can try with it.
I’m very bad in picking the Good
Fishes in the Market, I leave this job to my hubby. And you bet every time he
brings some different Fish and different name which I’ve never heard off. I was
very familiar with only Sear Fish and love them the most but now I guess I’ve
tasted most of the Fishes we get in Bangalore.
The ingredients for this recipe
are very simple and easy to cook. You can try this recipe in any of the River
/Sea Fish, it tastes awesome.
