planning for Naivedya for God Durga has been the main agenda at home. I guess
it’s the same state with all of here.
Let’s try
a simple, mouth watering, easy sweet with minimal ingredients from your kitchen
- Kobari Ladoo / Coconut Jaggery Ladoo!
Coconut
Jaggery Ladoo / Kobari Ladoo
Ingredients:
Grated Fresh Coconut : 1 cup
Grated Jaggery : 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
Ghee : 1 tsp
Method :
Take a non-stick pan, add the grated fresh coconut and grated Jaggery. Allow the Jaggery to melt and cook on a low flame till the coconut mixture is thick and the water evaporates.
Grated Fresh Coconut : 1 cup
Grated Jaggery : 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
Ghee : 1 tsp
Method :
Take a non-stick pan, add the grated fresh coconut and grated Jaggery. Allow the Jaggery to melt and cook on a low flame till the coconut mixture is thick and the water evaporates.
Add
one teaspoon of ghee and cardamom powder and mix well. Turn off the flame and
allow it to cool. Make equal sized round balls. I bet in no time these Ladoos
will be finished by everyone at your home.
Note : You can make 10-12 nos. medium size Ladoos with above ingredients.
