 Homemade Peanut Butter.......

Peanut Butter




 Ingredients:

Peanut  – ½  cup (nicely fried & skin removed)
Unsalted Butter – ½ cup (I used the Amul Cooking butter)
Castor Sugar (Finely Powered Sugar) – ½ cup 






 Method:

Grind the Peanuts to fine powder in a blender. Add the melted butter and castor sugar to the peanut powder. Mix well until the entire ingredients blend together to form a creamy texture. 

Serve this Peanut butter with bread/roti. You can store this yummy butter for a week in fridge.
