Holiday time! Relaxing at home with family and friends. We just went for a long drive yesterday evening. We visited an organic farm in Sarjapur, it was just an awesome experience. Bought lots of fresh vegetables, cereals from the farm. I could still smell the soil at home from these vegetables……..

Potato Cheese Balls

My 4.5yr old daughter was bored of eating Potato cutlets, rolls, French fries every time. She wanted me to try something with Potatoes, Peas, no chilies and lots of cheese in it……………….. Experimented this new Cheese Balls and this turned out to be a super hit at home. I was on clouds when she graded me 10/10 for this dish. 

Very simple but a delicious, mouth watering snacks for children and elders too J……

Palak Pulav

Bored of usual Palak Paneer, try this yummy, nutrient Palak Pulav. This is my Daughter’s one of the favorite dish. She just loves this. 

It’s very easy to cook, yet very delicious and different compared to normal Pulav.

Chama Dumpa Fry / Arbi Fry

One more secret recipe from my Mother-in-laws kitchen - Chama Dumpa /Arbi / Taro roots fry. Lot of my friends are hesitant to prepare Arbi/Chama dumpa/Taro roots because of its sliminess.  High in starchy carbohydrates, Arbi/taro roots look similar to baby potatoes.

Try this simple quick snack with Arbi, you will change your mind on this……………….
